Last updated: 20 June 2026
Your privacy matters to us. This policy explains what data Nasj Studio collects when you contact us or visit our website, how we use and protect it, and your rights under Saudi Arabia's Personal Data Protection Law (PDPL).
Data we collect
- Data you share with us: when you message us via WhatsApp, email, or phone, we may receive your name, contact number, and your project or enquiry details.
- Anonymised analytics: if you accept cookies, we collect — via Google Analytics — statistical data such as visit counts, pages viewed, and device type, without identifying you personally.
- Your preferences: we store your cookie choice and the WhatsApp button position in your browser.
How we use your data
- To respond to your enquiries, provide quotes, and deliver agreed services.
- To communicate with you about your project.
- To analyse site performance and improve the experience (after your analytics consent).
Legal basis for processing
We process your data based on your consent, and/or to perform our agreement with you, and/or our legitimate interest in operating and improving the site, in line with the PDPL and its implementing regulations.
Sharing your data
We do not sell or rent your personal data. Some data may be processed by trusted service providers to enable our work, such as:
- Google Analytics — for site analytics (after your consent).
- WhatsApp / Meta — when you contact us via WhatsApp, under WhatsApp's privacy policy.
- Hosting providers that run the site's servers.
Data retention
We keep your messages and project data for as long as needed to provide the service and meet our legal obligations, then delete or anonymise them.
Your rights
Subject to law, you have the right to access your data, correct it, request its deletion, and withdraw your consent to processing or analytics at any time. To exercise any of these, email us at the address below.
