Refund Policy

This policy explains the refund terms for the web design and development services provided by Nasj Studio. It is supplemented by whatever is agreed in your quote or project agreement.

Nature of the service

Our services are custom (design and development) carried out based on time and effort spent on each project individually. They are not off-the-shelf products that can be returned.

Deposit (down payment)

Before work begins, a deposit is paid to reserve the slot and start planning and design. This deposit is non-refundable once work has started, as it covers time and resources dedicated to your project.

When a refund applies

• Before work starts: if you cancel before we begin any actual work, the amount paid is refunded less any administrative fees.
• After work starts: the amount due is calculated based on the work completed up to the cancellation date, and any remainder — if any — is refunded.
• If we cannot deliver: if we are unable to provide the agreed service for reasons on our side, the amount for the undelivered portion is refunded in full.

Non-refundable items

• Work that has been completed and actually delivered.
• Third-party fees paid on your behalf (such as domain, hosting, plugins, or licensed fonts and images).
• Projects that have been completed and approved by the client.

How to request a refund

To request a refund, contact us via WhatsApp or at hello@nasj.studio with your project number or details. We will review the request and respond within a reasonable time.

Processing time

Once a refund is approved, amounts are returned via the original payment method within a reasonable time, depending on the payment provider.
